The content on this site is general information about data and AI governance. aerais provides governance services under separate written agreements, and the site does not create a client relationship or any obligation to provide services.

• Alignment with a standard or framework is not certification. When we say a practice is aligned to or maps to ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM or CDMC, we describe how our work relates to that source. We do not state that any organization has been certified, approved or endorsed.
• Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing on it promises regulatory compliance or any particular outcome.
• Laws, standards and regulator expectations change. Confirm current requirements with qualified counsel and the relevant regulators.

No reliance

Do not rely on the content of this site to make legal, regulatory, financial or operational decisions. Engagement scopes, deliverables and fees are set only in a signed written agreement.

The aerais name, the # mark and the content of this site, including text, diagrams and frameworks, belong to aerais or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. aerais maps to DCAM and CDMC and does not reproduce EDM Council proprietary content. DCAM and CDMC are the property of the EDM Council. Other names and marks on this site belong to their respective owners.
